Week 1: Selection & Procurement

Collaborate with community leaders to identify and select 4 motivated women. Procure industrial-grade sewing machines, fabrics, and training materials.

Week 2: Intensive Skills Training

Daily hands-on training sessions covering machine operation, garment cutting, sewing techniques, pattern making, and professional finishing.

Week 3: Business Coaching & Handover

Business mentorship sessions on financial planning, pricing, and marketing, followed by the official distribution of sewing machines and startup kits.
